I used the existing structure of this small rancher and added a porch and upstairs area with dormers for bedrooms. The roses at the front steps are Lady Banks because they don't have thorns; the others are New Dawn. The bloom time for Lady Banks is different and shorter than New Dawn, so the color at the front porch is extended.
