This narrow lot villa was designed for the empty nester second home market. It caters to those possibly downsizing or just wanting a maintenance free second home. It’s width from the street is immediately brought to suspicion by an expansive Great Room. The spacious kitchen with island and serving bar open onto the view beyond. The Master Suite is entered through a double doored private Foyer. Rounding out this homes many features is the “L” shaped outdoor Patio with outdoor kitchen. sThis home truly defies what many believe are the limiting factors of narrow lot home plans.

Renovation of a Mediterranean style home into a contemporary, loft-like, light filled space with skylight roof, 2 story slate fireplace, exposed I-beams, blue glass stairwell, glass tiled baths, and walnut and Koa kitchen. The palette is a soothing blend of browns, neutrals, and slate blue with modern furnishings and art, and Asian artifacts.

This contemporary alfresco kitchen is small in footprint but it is big on features including a woodfired oven, built in Electrolux barbecue, a hidden undermount rangehood, sink, Fisher & Paykel dishdrawer dishwasher and a 30 Litre pull-out bin. Featuring cabinetry 2-pack painted in Colorbond 'Wallaby' and natural granite tops in leather finished 'Zimbabwe Black', paired with the raw finished concrete this alfresco oozes relaxed style. The homeowners love entertaining their friends and family in this space. Photography By: Tim Turner
