A Cape Cod style home with a backyard patio inspired by the East Coast. A casually elegant Hamptons style deck lends to family BBQs and relaxing in the afternoons. Turquoise accents and a range of blue fabrics pop against white and cream backgrounds. Bronze lanterns atop teak tables are perfect for a little light in the evenings. This coastal style backyard is located in Sierra Madre, California. The addition of the kitchenette on the rooftop transformed the patio into a fully-functioning entertainment space. The retractable awning provides shade on the hottest days, or it can be opened up to party under the stars. Welcoming guests into their home is a way of life for the Novogratzes, and in turn was the primary focus of this renovation. "We like to have a lot people over on the day-to-day as well as holiday family gatherings and parties with our friends", Cortney explains. With both Robert and Cortney hailing from the South; Virginia and Georgia respectively, the couple have it in their blood to open their home those around them. "We always believe that the most important thing in your home is those you share it with", she says, "so we love to keep up our southern hospitality and are constantly welcoming guests into our home." A brightly colored overhead canopy is made up of retractable shades, allowing some protection from the harsh rays. The rusted metal framing and wooden seating make for a great contrast to the vibrant, contemporary product.

Stucco Renovations of Arizona
This is an absolutely stunning home located in Scottsdale, Arizona at the base of Camelback Mountain that we at Stucco Renovations Of Arizona were fortunate enough to install the stucco system on. This home has a One-Coat stucco system with a Dryvit Smooth integral-color synthetic stucco finish. This is one of our all-time favorite projects we have worked on due to the tremendous detail that went in to the house and relentlessly perfect design. These homeowners wanted something that would make the ultimate outdoor living space with the practical functionality of sun protection and the added privacy of the lattice panels.

This back yard was a blank slate behind a 2-year-old North Scottsdale home. The new site walls, angular pool, vertical plants create structure. The shade sail with battered posts creates much-needed shade and the steel fire pit is a fun gathering spot at night.
