Oakland County Project

This estate plan was designed to combine all of the client’s requested site features and modern amenities within a very naturalistic woodland and lakefront setting. The property is also set on a steep incline which, rather than viewing as a deterrent to design, was accepted and used to our advantage to create dramatic views to the lake and accentuate certain elements such as the pool.
