Oak Bay Cottage

This older Oak Bay residence was in serious need of a new kitchen! The footprint of the kitchen was less that 100 square feet and had 5 doorways entering into the space! We managed to create a small working area to the right of the sink (above the dishwasher), which gave the homeowners a prep area. The original kitchen did not have a dishwasher and this was a top request to add this into the space.
