Thinking for contrast we could use a colorful/patterned tile for the backsplash of the outdoor shower to set that area apart from the house wall.

The tile is good especially because the furniture is really bland. I would keep the wall but the floor should be just a simple white tile I think all that tile is a bit dizzying
