A complete redo of the exterior of this home included the new front door and entry canopy. The door is of cherry and the canopy roof is of copper. The original white painted brick chimney was reclad in new thin stone veneer. Most significantly, the roof pitch was changed by building a new roof over the existing roof structure. The eaves were extended and some cross bracing added to the gables. New trim was added as a head rail above the windows and as a water table to emphasize a horizontal continuity.
