Mt. Baker home office

The second bedroom in a small Mt. Baker Craftsman was used as a home office, but had never gotten much love: it was a motley collection of old oak desks, rickety bookshelves, uncomfortable office chairs, unmatched metal files and haphazard lighting. The couple decided to stop thinking about the re-sale value of a second bedroom, and to commit to a pleasant space that could accommodate two working grownups. Custom cabinetry forms a U-shaped office with two desks, dedicated computer equipment support, plenty of shelving and ergonomic seating. Pendants and ceiling lights are by Hubbardton Forge.
