C & J just completed another design by LEAP Architecture. Richard and Laurie wanted to bring a much brighter and more modern feel to their Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, and Loft. We completely renovated their second floor, changing the floor plan, adding windows and doors, and installing streamline modern finishes to the space. The Master Bathroom includes a Floating Island Vanity, Fully Custom Shower, Custom Walnut Paneling and Built in Cabinetry in the closets. The owners of this 1958 mid-century modern home desired a refreshing new master bathroom that was open and bright. The previous bathroom felt dark and cramped, with dated fixtures. A new bathroom was designed, borrowing much needed space from the neighboring garage, and allowing for a larger shower, a generous vanity with integrated trough sink and a soaking tub.

Wayne Sclesky In this beautiful modern master suite, the previous traditional style bathroom was removed and a new clean, modern space was added using a neutral palette of light and dark grays in the porcelain tiles and wall colors. Counter tops were a crisp white quartz with white under mount sinks, and clean lines were used in the cabinet design. The fireplace was totally redesigned removing the old hearth and mantel and tiling flat against the fireplace wall to open the space.
