We painted all the walls and cabinets in this kitchen, replaced the hardware with simple black ceramic knobs and installed all new appliances. The warm wood-look flooring is actually a vinyl product that resists moisture and mimics the look of teak. Original white tile with starburst pattern insets looks retro-fresh next to the sleek black glass cooktop. A halogen track lighting fixture tops off this budget redo.
