Depends on cost but we could in the "basement" install both a wine cellar and media/bar room. Would like a closet for rack mounted equipment and would prefer an overhead projector verses a large TV. Thoughts of windows where the screen would be (facing the view side) that can be blacked out with a screen lowered in front. Yes, I know, not a cheap thought.
