With careful space planning the area worked with just the right amount of furniture. There was a space created for their daughter to have her own space away from the central area to watch her own TV. The furniture was modern in styling, but very comfortable. Arlene Choose used performance fabrics for long durability. The fireplace surround of black granite was changed to the gray honed quartzite that matched the countertops in the kitchen and blended the two areas together. The clients loved the bright blue fabrics along with the grays and neutrals and the beautiful artwork from a local artist and friend.
