Slim shelving for kitchen glasses and dishes

this countertop i like the slim look, maybe these cabinets will be much less expensive? backsplash vs doing same countertop material for backsplash and open shelving, we do like the look of getting rid of upper cabinetry...NO! Slim looks cheap, cabinet style too modern (esp if you have lot of molding), open shelves bit as practical (esp if you’re gonna accumulate a lot of kitchen things over time) .. you will need all cabinets you can get bc small kitchen...don’t continue sane counter into backsplash (backsplash is chance to be fun!) —I personally am a fan of the open shelves esp with a rich dark wood color- that’s what I was trying to do in mine in the that weird corner but didn’t work out partly because of all our molding. The same material for counters and backsplash is in right now. Not sure about the slim countertops....
