Lake Sylvan - Virginia Beach

Looking from the Great Room to the front door entry of a one story home. The balcony loft is framed in exposed steel with curved steel railings flanked with glass panel guard rail walls. The loft was formerly an attic that was opened up as a part of the remodel plan provided for this project. The fireplace is lighted crystals rather than logs, designed to provide heat as well as atmosphere.
