The fan shown in this gorgeous outdoor setting is the Emerson Maui Bay (available here). Unfortunately, Emerson no longer offers this fan with the blades shown in this setting. Emerson originally came out with the Maui Bay to compete against the Fanimation Islander (available here), which is far more customizable and has many different blades to choose from. Here are some examples of the Islander:
