Thi kitchen was so dark and even with 2 windows the walls stopped the light from brightening the rooms in a more powerful way. Remove this wall we chose not to recess the beam in the wall because we wanted to keep the coved ceiling. Notice the access cabinet in the bead board so the base cabinet is not storage
