Kitchen

The focal point of the kitchen is the expansive prep island and range surround. The island's wood top is made from pieces of wood pressed together, then distressed and stained. One side of the island serves as seating for up to 4 people, and the other provides storage drawers along the entire length of cabinetry. The range on the back wall has a river rock surround, which mirrors a similar look to the family room fireplace. The metal backsplash behind the range provides an easy-to-clean surface with a unique custom finish. Open shelves flank both sides of the stone surround, and to the left, an enclosed shallow spice rack within the cabinetry.
