Our client requested a minimalist modern house, and we incorporated an industrial theme into the design. For the
living and dining area, we created a feature wall using cement plaster, wooden rafters, and a mirror finish. The
main attraction of the house is the entrance partition, which features a live edge teak wood design and black metal accents.

The holiday home denies being known as a built structure amidst nature but instead identifies as if it emerged from nature itself. The 3800 sq. ft. holiday home is composed to harmonize with nature and to let in as much as desired.

This project follows a modern contemporary design style, defined by clean lines, minimal furniture, and a balanced use of textures. The overall colour palette includes dark greys, black, beige, and warm wooden tones, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere. Key elements used throughout the space are wooden flooring, ribbed wall panels, soft rugs, and neutral-toned upholstery. Lighting is subtle and integrated, mainly through ceiling coves and minimal fixtures, adding warmth without overwhelming the space. The design focuses on simplicity, function, and a refined aesthetic.
