Hutsell - Addition Lakewood

The exterior staircase and banister matches the ironwork used in the rest of the home. The tile risers were hand painted to match the style of a neighboring Hutsell home. The tile around the downstairs door matches the tile used in the staircase. The owner hired a local artist to tile the niche underneath the staircase. The decorative clay tile detail above the bay window is stucco to match the original design of the home. The wooden columns at the top of the exterior staircase were trimmed and colorized to match the original design. The window and door designs match the original design of the home.
