The original building was a semi-detached house in need of much attention. The owners purchased the property and came to us with the intention of completing the project in a timely manner. From initial conception in July 2010, through council, full construction documentation, tender and final completion, the project was completed for client move-in mid June 2011. The existing house house was in extremely poor condition where the brief was to create a modern day family home using warm tactile finishes with some architectural flair. Photography by Luc Remond
