Catherine Buley, HTT&T, High Tech Turf & Trees. Close-up photo of our MicroScapeR(sm) miniature canyon feature. Includes hidden drain tile that exits the landscape under this area. Xeripaver NaturPavR(sm) processed porous paving stones have been naturalized at the base/bottom of creek. Rock solid, and easy to maintain....they drain all water from this area instantly. Other recycled slate, and rock from this site were stacked to create the "canyon" effect. All this has been dug in next to an existing paver patio, with a newly excavated jagged edge, to make it appear this creek canyon naturally eroded the site. It is all re-stabilized with rock laid in as "canyon siding" wiith hidden geotextile filter fabric inlaid to prevent any sedimentation, protecting the xeripaver bottom and drainage. Note "stage-left", the weeping giant sequoia branch that is being supported by the new Garden Pergola that over-hangs the entire garden. All of this in a truly tiny, but very engaging space.
