Quintessential Home For Luxe Living Spire partnered up with Moceri and built the Villa Cortile, one of the homes in the Pinnacle subdivision in Oakland Township, MI. The home features a grand circular dining room that leads to a cozy library/wine room at one end and a bar and two pantries at the other. It includes two French balconies that overlook the pool. A master suite wing with a separate sitting room warmed by a two-way fireplace, which is centered on the floating tub in the spa bath. It also includes a lower level that opens directly to the swimming pool and hot tub. This home was featured in the Ultimate Homearama in 2014. An event that provide visitors with the ultimate in luxury home living, design trends and ideas that are attainable in their own home.

5,400 Heated Square Foot home in St. Simons Island, GA

Design Excellence Award winning kitchen. The open kitchen and family room coordinate in colors and performance fabrics; the vertical striped chair backs are echoed in sofa throw pillows. This oceanside contemporary condominium is a sophisticated space that evokes relaxation. Using the bright blue and easy feel of the ocean as both an inspiration and a backdrop, soft rich fabrics in beach tones were used to maintain the peacefulness of the coastal surroundings. With soft hues of blue and simple lush design elements, this living space is a wonderful blend of coastal calmness and contemporary style. With tech careers to keep first-time home buyers busy Regan Baker Design Inc. was hired to update a standard two-bedroom loft into a warm and unique space with storage for days. The kitchen boasts a nine-foot aluminum rolling ladder to access those hard-to-reach places, and a farm sink is paired with a herringbone backsplash for a nice spin on the standard white kitchen. In the living room RBD warmed up the space with 17 foot dip-dyed draperies, running floor to ceiling.
