I have an old double storey farmhouse with a kitchen that was built during the days fume extraction was unheard of. It has been a struggle to find a solution to fitting one and then I saw this picture. I am so happy because that's the exact idea I was trying to explain to the builder but he couldn't understand my description. This picture says it all, better than I ever could.
