Complete renovation of 5th floor condominium on the top of Nob Hill. The revised floor plan required a complete demolition of the existing finishes. Careful consideration of the other building residents and the common areas of the building were priorities all through the construction process. This project is most accurately defined as ultra contemporary. Some unique features of the new architecture are the cantilevered glass shelving, the frameless glass/metal doors, and Italian custom cabinetry throughout.

This kid's bathroom only needed a few changes, as the clients (and we) already loved the existing wallpaper. We switched out the light fixture to be more current and added the under sink storage to fill the space more intentionally and give the kids more room for storage.

This was a 1950's lake cabin that we transformed into a permanent residence. As a cabin, the original builder hadn't taken advantage of the beautiful lake view. This became the main focus of the design, along with the homeowners request to make it bright and airy. We created the vaulted ceiling and added many large windows and skylights.
