Ground Floor Extension, Wandsworth

We completed a side and rear extension on this family home in Wandsworth, SW18. We used a combination of planning permission and permitted development to obtain approval for this incredible wraparound extension. This enabled the addition of a utility room, a pantry and a ground floor WC. The open plan design allows for a seating area, a spacious kitchen complete with kitchen island and breakfast bar seating and a dining area.
