At the top of these stairs is a tiny Carex meadow leading to a garden room resembling an ancient ruin-
an idyll where lovers met in secret? The 'floor' inside the crumbling stone walls is an Italian mosaic tile floor with plants growing through the cracks.
The 'ceiling' is formed by the canopies of 4 statuesque olive trees.
A fountain, once the laundry trough on a French estate, cools the body and erases mundane thoughts with its gentle trickle.
Stone urns announce the entrance; at night they are gas-lit to set the mood for the ultimate romantic midnight picnic.

Featured on HGTV's "Cool Pools", the "Scuba Pool" was inspired by the homeowner's love for scuba diving, so we created stone tunnels and a deep diving area as well as lazy rivers and two grottos connected by a native Oklahoma boulder waterfall. A large beach entry gives young ones plenty of play space as well. These homeowners can entertain large groups easily with this multi-function outdoor space.

The mysterious fiber optic and LED waterfall grotto shows off brilliantly at night in a wide array of colors. The landscape plantings soften the stone, light adds depth and interests across every crevice of the waterfalls, and the unique grotto comes to life for this luxury swimming pool in Saddle River NJ.

This home, featured in ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST in the November 2013 Before and After issue, is set prominently on Lake Skaneateles in New York, reflects a period when stately mansions graced the waterfront. Few houses demonstrate the skill of modern-day craftsmen with such charm and grace. The investment of quality materials such as limestone, carved timbers, copper, and slate, combined with stone foundations and triple-pane windows, provide the new owners with worry-free maintenance and peace of mind for years to come. The property boasts formal English gardens complete with a rope swing, pergola, and gazebo as well as an underground tunnel with a wine grotto. Elegant terraces offer multiple views of the grounds.
