Garden Room adjoining Grade II Listed Barn Conversion

Prospect Design was commissioned to design a new contemporary Garden Room to a recently completed barn conversion. The existing barn is Grade II Listed so a design was required that was not only sympathetic to the original barn but also met the clients requirement for a contemporary feel and took advantage of the plots southern aspect. The two sliding / folding doors, rooflights, feature end windows and glazing above the link maximise the light and provide the design features requested by the client. Prospect Design successfully applied for and gained planning approval and listed building consent.
