Lake side of the house. There was such a dramatic drop from street level we provided two very tall "basement" levels and still had room for a substantial beach level storage room beneath. The Master Bedroom Suite extends over the lower decks. The owner wanted a small balcony for the master suite, which was achieved with a lot of cantilevering steel and steel in the columns and face of the house to support it all.
