FINISHED BASEMENT: DENKE RESIDENCE

With kids getting older and parents getting crammed, the goal with this basement was to create space for entertaining as well as family bonding. The 1,500 sq. ft, open space was perfect for a bedroom, 3/4 bath, bar area and a large family room.
