Farmhouse Kitchen and Half Bath Remodel in Monticello

Riverside Construction rearranged the appliances to create a better flow and added new upper and lower Wellborn Premier Series cabinets in a popular Hanover Inset Oak with slab drawer fronts that were finished in a blush stain. A new perimeter countertop was installed in a solid coffee brown granite and complemented by a 3x6 ceramic subway tile backsplash. Giving a nod to farmhouse roots, Riverside Construction then installed a beautiful antique brass pendant by Crystorama above the sink. A functional center island was designed into the space with a stunning butcher block countertop and accented with aged brass schoolhouse shade pendants by Hudson Valley. The new inset cabinets and granite counters which paired with the butcher block on the island brought this old farmhouse kitchen back to life with modern amenities.
