The Roman shade on the single window looks like what I have in mind although it would not have the extra folds at the bottom. Then we would mount the panels on top of it so you would see it between the panels when they are open. The valance would be the embroidery and the panels would be the linen in the "mist blue" color. We could band the bottom of the valance in the linen as well.
