Custom built front porch includes: 10" diameter tapered round columns, vinyl handrails and lattice, bead board recessed ceiling, scallop sided center peak and light gray AZEK decking. Custom built 15' x 28' addition opens into the rear half of the house's original family room. Landscaping includes: full concrete driveway and parking area, 6' vinly fencing, front paver pathway, 2 - 24' birch trees, a Japanese maple, and various bushes and plants.
