This side yard was converted into a private oasis for this residence in Dallas, Texas. The addition of a pool with a privacy water wall at the end creates a dramatic and inviting space in the garden. The limestone terrace features Conservation Grass joints and landscape lighting.

A swimming pool covered by a glazed retractable enclosure was added to this existing residence south-east of Parker, CO. A 3000 square foot deck is on the upper level reached by curving steel stairways on each end. The addition and the existing house received cultured stone veneer with limestone trim on the arches. Tongue and groove knotty cedar planks on the ceiling and beams add visual warmth. Color changing LED light coves provide a fun touch. We designed this custom fountain using basalt stone and porcelain tile. The water spouts are copper. The custom kitchen includes a full sink, BBQ, in counter drink cooler and under counter ice maker and refrigerator. The overall space is compact, but this custom bar works perfectly in the space without taking up too much room. Eclectic patio with pergola cover. The clients wanted a comfortable space to entertain outdoors. They wanted color and texture. I think the orange and browns in the fabrics are wonderful compliment to the custom retaining wall and fountain with gold slate stone.
