A slice of heavenDoesn’t this cosy sun-kissed booth remind you of the movie 50 First Dates? It sure does to me: this nook, with sunlit windows that peep out on lush greens and a quiet table for two, exudes freshness and innocence. To top it all, there’s storage beneath. The eclectic colours used in the booth upholstery and glass pendant lights add a touch of modernism to the whole traditional idea of romancing over breakfast.

Benchmark Wood Studio constructed the breakfast booth in this Grand Rapids, Michigan, home. The banquettes are covered in vinyl for easy cleanup.
