Our furniture is finished with a multi-step process of distressing and hand-applying layers of varnish to give each piece the look of a cherished antique. Each of our works showcase the natural characteristics of wood, including variations in color, mineral streaks, knots and burls. In addition, our finishing process highlights the organic texture of wood with its pores, ridges, slits and grooves; each piece is a tactile work of art that is truly meant to be appreciated by touch. Every decorative bracket is made from steel, hand-cut and meticulously hammered to create a one-of-a-kind rustic accent for our wood furniture. Our Cass dining table is influenced by modern design and complemented by angular accents. A sleek table top is indicative of Cass's modern composition and of the craftsmanship that goes into making each table. Made of natural steel, the slightly angled legs leave plenty of space for a variety of chairs while the table top's subtle overhang makes it easy to neatly tuck chairs away when they're not in use. Enjoy a beautiful mix of materials that are enhanced by the timeless appeal of Cass.

All of the cabinets in this kitchen, that has been featured on Houzz, were originally the same dark wood stain as the island. The client hired us to lighten things up and we did just that by changing the perimeter cabinets to a soft white and installing a highly reflective custom moorish tile glass backsplash in the same colour. A Seamless Integration of the kitchen the dining room The semi-open kitchen with a sliding-glass panel offers the flexibility to extend the kitchen into the dining area, offering a more spacious party area to entertain friends and family. One can enjoy the view of lush greenery whether cooking or dining. The kitchen countertop serves as a spacious worktop, while creating a perfect bar area to enjoy a drink or two. Simply close the sliding glass to seal off the kitchen. Simple yet stylish bar stools add to the modernity of the kitchen area and create a perfect bar table for enjoyment. Lighting plays an important part to enhance the overall ambience. Ceiling light troughs create a visual illusion of a higher ceiling, while light troughs above the countertop serves as a practical task light for food preparation.

A black walnut dining table, suspended on a steel cantilever base, which is mounted directly into the cement floor. We'd like to thank Yumi Kagamihara, interior designer, who invited us to collaborate on this stunning home project. Slab Art Studios designed the walnut table top; the homeowner designed the base. We're delighted to see the final piece in its beautiful home setting. This black walnut slab holds a more organic statement than most. Unlike most dining-table slabs, we did not flatten it completely to accommodate traditional dining. Rather, we left some of the subtle curves and undulations garnered from three years of air- and kiln-drying. Imbue Design

A dining space is an asset in any apartment, but it needs to work hard to earn its place! Here, the table is beautifully slim, so it doesn’t overwhelm the room, yet still provides space for everything from homework to entertaining. A flexible mix of chairs and a bench can seat a crowd, while the elegant console table and wall units provide valuable storage and help the room feel properly fleshed out. A simple coir rug is the finishing touch, anchoring the dining set and highlighting the flowing route around the room.
