After downsizing from a large Mediterranean style home, an open and airy condo appealed to this client. We created an inviting space by incorporating a light and fresh palette with wallpapers, fabrics, and furniture. Photos done by Adam Ryan Morris at Morris Creative, LLC.

Among the many luxuries found in this home is having the perfect space to entertain. The great room has a wall of slide-away glass doors, allowing the ocean view and California sunsets to be enjoyed and appreciated. Cool shades of gray are combined with warm wood tones, creating a soft contemporary decor. The wire brushed light oak flooring is offset by planked mahogany insets in the ceiling.

Formal Dining room, featuring wicker-backed rounded dining chairs as well as a pictograph buffet beneath a beautiful afro-inspired art piece flanked by a spotted table lamp and metal sculptures. Scrolling up to the hero image of this blog post, you were greeted with another view of this stunning formal dining room. The wood dining table is framed by merlot velvet drapery and orange pampas grass in wicker floor vases atop an exquisitely textured area rug. This home exudes a style that truly needs to be seen to be appreciated.

The "main room" in the apartment had to serve multiple functions - a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, as well as a place to store items like our client's bicycle. Because space was tight, we used a small bistro table so that our client could sit with one other person (or more by pulling up other chairs) and enjoy a meal. By using a wall mounted bike rack that also incorporated some storage for his helmet + lock, we were able to save some space, and love the way that it highlights our client's graffiti art purchased on the streets of NYC! The beautifully designed outdoor dining table has a slatted teak table top that expands from 94'' to 142'' long. The frame of the table is constructed with teak and comes with two 33'' long extensions. A matching dining arm chair with a seat and in ecru colored fabric is also available. The zippered pillow cushion cover is weather resistant and has an interior foam that is quick drying and will not promote mold or mildew.
