An impressive display of contemporary design in a smaller space with amazing results. Recessed Cabinetry, special function cabinetry, skylight, and high contrast materials. Like all Otogawa-Anschel projects this was built sustainably using Ultra-Low VOC finishes, NAUF plywoods, FSC Certified wood, EnergyStar appliances. 63% of construction waste was recycled, and the home received performance upgrades in addition.
