Contemporary Beach home

This client wanted to renovate their newly purchased ocean front cottage into a contemporary loft space. The goal was to get a 180 degree view of the ocean with as little interior walls and obstructions as possible. The second floor was cut out and a glass stairs and catwalk lead the new master bed loft area. The ocean wall was then opened up with as much glass as structurally possible and supported by steel beams.
