A walk in closet and master bathroom were combined into one large space. Combining the two creates a modern looking bathroom. Using frosted glass in the closet doors instead of wood helps the room from feeling too dark and heavy. Sliding doors help keep valuable floor space free. The full length mirror on the wall is stained the same dark color of the cabinets and the closet door.

This cool, masculine loft bathroom was so much fun to design. To maximise the space and give the client the largest shower area possible without compromising elsewhere, we designed a custom vanity unit to fit from wall to wall with mirror cut to match. Black framed, smoked grey glass perfectly frames the vanity area from the shower. The tiler did such an excellent job of the floor details and don't you just love the green paint?

SeaThru is a new, waterfront, modern home. SeaThru was inspired by the mid-century modern homes from our area, known as the Sarasota School of Architecture. This homes designed to offer more than the standard, ubiquitous rear-yard waterfront outdoor space. A central courtyard offer the residents a respite from the heat that accompanies west sun, and creates a gorgeous intermediate view fro guest staying in the semi-attached guest suite, who can actually SEE THROUGH the main living space and enjoy the bay views. Noble materials such as stone cladding, oak floors, composite wood louver screens and generous amounts of glass lend to a relaxed, warm-contemporary feeling not typically common to these types of homes. Buck Wimberly, ULAH Interiors + Design
Our clients wanted to renovate and update their guest bathroom to be more appealing to guests and their gatherings. We decided to go dark and moody with a hint of rustic and a touch of glam. We picked white calacatta quartz to add a point of contrast against the charcoal vertical mosaic backdrop. Gold accents and a custom solid walnut vanity cabinet designed by Buck Wimberly at ULAH Interiors + Design add warmth to this modern design. Wall sconces, chandelier, and round mirror are by Arteriors. Charcoal grasscloth wallpaper is by Schumacher.
