Christie Road

We met Jane and Mark in November 2017, and were tasked with designing an upgrade to the quality of living space in their charming mid-terraced home. Having lived the the house for six months, the existing living spaces weren't working for them: the use of space was inefficient, the quality of light was poor, and the connection to the garden was minimal. Through rearranging the internal layout, and designing a small extension, we were able to address these problems, and provide an exciting, comfortable living space. Rather than design an entirely open space at the rear of the property, we were tasked with retaining as much structure as possible, allowing more of the clients budget to be spent on the finishes, fixtures and appliances.
