Brief: Property in need of a full refurbishment and additional rooms. To be built to an Italian theme with as much light as possible. Solutions: We combined traditional joinery techniques and hardwood finishes with high ceilings to a modern high spec throughout. We increased the number of rooms by building a side return extension, loft and pod conversion. Results: A beautiful house, light and spacious, with a basement, side extension and loft conversion to maximise the area available in this family home. Build Duration: 60 weeks Design: BTL Design
