Century City High Rise Condo

We were asked to combine two adjacent condominiums on the 19th floor in a 1960's mid-century high rise in Century City. One kitchen was demolished and the wall opened up to the adjoining unit. The new contemporary kitchen is open in plan with various laminate finished cabinets, solid surfaced island and porcelain tile floor. The kitchen also shares the space with the dining room and view to the south. Bathrooms were altered and updated with water saving fixtures and a crisp neutral materials palette. Along with new wood flooring, a ribbon fire appliance and media wall feature was added to the Living Room. Crux Studio
