Central Ave., Onset MA

This traditional beach house, untouched for decades, received a complete renovation and makeover. The house was completely gutted. Original floors were refurbished and supplemented with antique heart pine. A small cramped back entry was converted to add much needed space to the kitchen, and windows were added to flood the kitchen with light and capture the ocean view. The original porch was opened up and extended around the front of kitchen, providing much better access to scenic views. Builder: Jack Mitchell Construction
