This is interesting. They did a very simple base moulding (not very tall) but incorporated it into a very low "waintscot" look with a chair rail. the Chair rail (top piece) wall below and base are all painted the same color. It kinda looks like super tall base, but also looks like a really low chair rail. Its unique!
