Cannonbury Square | Grade II listed Georgian house

Located in one of Islington’s finest Georgian squares, our challenge was to combine two apartments to create a single, family home within a grade II listed terrace. This was an opportunity to restore the house by reinstating original features, bringing architectural character without compromising on contemporary style and functionality. We also squeezed an additional bathroom into an existing vault by underpinning, waterproofing and insulating the structure, gaining valuable accommodation, as well as the added benefit of reducing family arguments.
