Breezy Modern Kitchen

This was originally a Tuscan-style kitchen which we wanted to brighten up and give a modern, edgy look. We refaced the existing cabinetry in an espresso finish and added clean simple hardware. Although we would not recommend marble countertops for a kitchen, we installed 3" thick honed marble counters and a blue glass subway tile backsplash. We added three simple pendant lights to complement the existing candle chandelier fixture, crown molding, and some recessed lights to brighten up the space even more.
