Bowhill Rd Show Home

An Architecturally Influenced Show Home. We wanted this home to be different, we used a combination of charred larch and painted brick for our exterior cladding. The eucalyptus timber deck flows continuously and level into the house and out again to both of the rear decks. Lots of glazing faces the northern side to allow passive solar gains. The home is heated by both a wall mounted heat pump and a low emission's log burner with a heat transfer system extracting into the wardrobes in each bedroom.
