A significant challenge to the renovation of 292–294 Newbury Street was the addition of this 2,023 square foot penthouse, which spans all three buildings and features an amazing 800 square foot balcony overlooking Newbury Street. In response to the homeowner’s love of cooking and entertaining, the balcony accommodates a full-service outdoor kitchen. Inside, the Poggenpohl kitchen boasts Swiss pear-wood cabinetry accented with aluminum and brushed nickel details. The award-winning kitchen also includes countertops of semiprecious Concetto quartz, custom farm sink, Sub-Zero Pro 48 refrigerator, Miele ovens, and a Gaggenau combo-set gas cook top.
