This three story house was built with a minimized scale to decrease its impact on the relatively open lot. Large windows were installed on the rear facade of the house to maximize the light exposure within the floor plate and create an open connection to the backyard. The house was designed in an open plan to allow visual connections between the separate rooms whenever possible.
