The owners sought a multi-level landscape design that would blend with their new Alfresco, and allow the new studio room to be built on a concrete slab, whilst keeping the overall costs to a realistic budget. The Studio Home Extension was to include a nice open plan internally, to provide for the ultimate flexibility of its use, thereby adding untold value to the property and its investment potential in the long term.
